About Telefocus

With our 30th Anniversary now behind us, Telefocus lays claim to being one of the oldest call centre providers in the UK, if not the oldest! We have been successful by achieving an effective blend of innovation with a strong customer and client focus. Coupled with our common sense and straightforward approach to doing business, Telefocus continues to deliver high quality call centre sales and service solutions across a range of client requirements.

At Telefocus we employ over 250 staff, all on a permanent basis. We believe that temporary staff equal temporary results. Our commitment to our people is total and in 2009 Telefocus was named Avanta TNG National Employer of the Year in a ceremony at the Houses of Parliament in November.

For clients whose business models demand substantial capacity for high standard, customer telephone interactions, Telefocus can provide flexible options to suit most circumstances. Our client list is substantial,  includes several global businesses and stretches beyond the UK. Telefocus also supports many of our clients with a range of marketing and campaign management support. We also have our own branded range of products with Best Wishes greetings cards. Increasingly important during these challenging economic times, through our own agency “An Intro”, we introduce our clients to complementary products and services designed to enhance customer retention and open up new revenue streams.

At Telefocus each individual is extremely dedicated and committed in carrying out any task. We handle calls from 9am - 9pm Mondays to Fridays, 9am - 5pm Saturdays and inbound only calls 10am - 5pm Sundays, making sure we are accessible to the maximum range of customers for our clients. Our agent team is excellently trained and fully commit themselves to providing our clients with their very best to maximise results.
