Maria Plummer Maria Plummer, Human Resources Director
Maria has 10 years of telemarketing experience. During her canvassing days she personally made more than 60,000 calls. She uses that experience to give her invaluable insight to the motivations of call centre staff and applies it to their recruitment and training.

Diane has worked for Telefocus since 1997 as a canvasser, team leader and Call
